    I got payment from someone and its on Unclaimed Status it means security let me choose to accept it or deny it .. :confused:

    I don't know what should i do .. should i accept or it might happen something to my account ?:eek:

    Is it a refund? I have seen that mesage with a refund before.
    If it was me I would accept any money :)

    When you send money the same thing happens to the receiver.

    There is nothing to fear. It could mean that one of your payment receiving settings are setup to prompt you to accept or deny money for certain types of payment.

    It's fine. I see this a lot especially foreign currency payments. I've had no issues accepting.

    From my experience, it is probably payment from a currency which is not your default currency or one you have the balance for.

    Alternatively, if you are using a personal account, I believe it will prompt you if the sender pays via a credit card.
