@RNHalavi: The badge looks really cool. I really like how you have blended in the colors with the footballer.

As for the text, I don't like it. Not sure what it is but doesn't fit in with the badge ( too wide perhaps, green color, and don't like those big lower case letters ). Is there a way you can join the badge with the text to make it one wholesome entity if you know what I mean? If you do that, can you get rid of the red background and try it on a lighter background ( perhaps white? )

@NightVisioN: Sorry, I think it's only fair I give all entrants a chance to win this one. I will however offer a second place price to the second best entry of $20 if they are willing to accept it since I am thinking at the end of this competition there will be quite a few good entries.

So let me repeat the awards:
1. The first place award is as stated originally $40 for just the logo or a combined $70 if they submit a successful banner combined with the logo.
2. If I end up liking a second logo, I will offer the second place person an award of $20 for their logo.

In general, so that everyone is aware, for the banner entry I want the logo in the left side of the banner.
And, the forum sides will be grass... so the banner has to be something other than grass... could be a combination of fan images ( not too busy, perhaps from far away )... or football stadium crowd or I don't know... if i knew, i'd do it myself

@RNHalawi: That badge looks really really cool. But the rest of the logo just lacks something - I can't put my finger on it but it lacks something whether it be the font, the shape of the box... perhaps show it to some friends and get them to suggest what's missing? I am not creative enough to tell you what to change, but it just needs that little bit extra to be a really cool logo.

@nicogarcia: thanks mate, I think the banners are lacking something, but your logo shall be considered in the final choices.

Thanks for the effort.

I wrote a comment but didn't see the last entry.

I like how the ball pattern fits inside the badge , that looks pretty - the previous stuff with the players inside the badge doesn't look that good - perhaps because of the murky players. But, I don't like the badge shape, nor the font or it's size. Also, why the black and white colour.

Also, why are the images so big? The 3 leading contenders have a standard width and height as far as a logo is concerned in my eyes.

@coolwanz: You certainly didn't disappoint as far as your entry is concerned
I have to say it straight away, your banner entry is leading the way by miles...

The logo on the other hand, although cool just lacks something.

What I don't like about the logo:
* the footballer lacks a bit of a cutting edge
* i'd like to see the logo part without green perhaps some other colour.
* some of the other entries had a similar font for the text ... I don't like this text, I like the block kind more.

We have some excellent entries so far, this is getting to be a tough choice.

Also need to flip Fabregas back as its back to front lol, you might not mind that but I reckon it would annoy me if it was my site.

Personally i love the font, and the black and white, a soccer is black and white. i love soccer. sry if you dont aggree with me.

Also they are so large because they were created high resolution. they can be shrunk down for a logo. but now they can be enlarged for a flyer etc. But if you dont like my designs, I dont think I can think up anything else.

Ide also like to point out that... technically by law, it is considered copyright infringment to be using all of those photos i see in these entries. It becomes copyright infringment because you are getting paid for it and the contest holder could get sued in the future. I sure hope that they are all purchased stock photos.
