Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) is a colorless and odorless chemical compound, also referred to by some as Dihydrogen Oxide, Hydrogen Hydroxide, Hydronium Hydroxide, or simply Hydric acid. Its basis is the highly reactive hydroxyl radical, a species shown to mutate DNA, denature proteins, disrupt cell membranes, and chemically alter critical neurotransmitters. The atomic components of DHMO are found in a number of caustic, explosive and poisonous compounds such as Sulfuric Acid, Nitroglycerine and Ethyl Alcohol. Dihydrogen Monoxide has become abundent in our lives and contaminates everything from food, to clothes. practically every household product you use contains Dihydrogen Monoxide and every piece of food you consume contains it. it is a constiuant of baby food and and animal food. Dihydrogen Monoxide is used as; # as an industrial solvent and coolant, # in nuclear power plants, # by the U.S. Navy in the propulsion systems of some older vessels, # by elite athletes to improve performance, # in the production of Styrofoam, # in biological and chemical weapons manufacture, # in the development of genetically engineering crops and animals, # as a spray-on fire suppressant and retardant, # in so-called "family planning" or "reproductive health" clinics, # as a major ingredient in many home-brewed bombs, # as a byproduct of hydrocarbon combustion in furnaces and air conditioning compressor operation, Some dangers associate with Dihydrogen Monoxide # Death due to accidental inhalation of DHMO, even in small quantities. # Prolonged exposure to solid DHMO causes severe tissue damage. # Excessive ingestion produces a number of unpleasant though not typically life-threatening side-effects. # DHMO is a major component of acid rain. # Gaseous DHMO can cause severe burns. # Contributes to soil erosion. # Leads to corrosion and oxidation of many metals. # Contamination of electrical systems often causes short-circuits. # Exposure decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes. # Found in biopsies of pre-cancerous tumors and lesions. Is it time we banned this dangerous compound?
does it taste good? Of course stuff like this should be banned from food. I'm not a fan of the "E"s they put in food. Infact the whole food industry seems to care only about wether it tastes good and how long it's its shelf life. Spanish tomatoes for example taste like water. They only grow them because they look nice and last long. I prefer the stuff people grow in their back yards
I heard the public school system in the US been putting DHMO in swimming pools for years. There's also reports of manufacturers "flavoring" the DHMO, bottling it, and charging ridiculous amounts of money for it. Avoid it at all costs!!
LOL, StOx it looks like you have some skeptics of your own this time. edit: After researching what it was, it appears smatts was right.. I'm going to make a wild guess, but I would say you made this thread as a retaliation of the Chemtrail thread? Perhaps to see if I would fall for it? Fortunately for me, I'm not a fool.
oh well, I tought it was some of the crappy substances they put in food . judging by my stupid answer I'm obviously smoking the right stuff
well, apparently the New Zealand Green Party thinks water should be banned too: http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/PA0110/S00440.htm
I'm hoping this is a joke, but you didn't reply. Di - Hydrogen (H2) and Mono-Oxide (O) = H2O. It was right fromm Penn & Teller's show, trying to demonstrate how stupid environmentalists are. Mission accomplished. Edit: seriously. High school chemistry class. Di = 2, so 2 atoms of hydrogen. Mono = 1, so 1 atom of oxide. H2O, LOL. No wonder your global warming crap didn't make sense. You don't even have a science bone in your body.
it's been a while since i posted this, And i have drank far too much Irish cider tonight, But i want to make it clear, If anyone is confused, that this thread was a joke.
