    It's worth it staying up late (I am in time zone GMT +7) when I have a​

    speedy-responsive working partner like mellowhost.

    You can go through our policy regarding the cpu usage :) You are allowed to take cpu load within 1-21. Having constant load over 22% may lead to an immediate suspention, though in most cases, we will try contacting by phone or ticket to resolve the issue :)

    These modules are installed, though i would recommend you to contact your script provider and make sure your script works with suPHP, we run suPHP instead of running php as apache module.
