Black Label Ads pay well per click - usually 4 or 5 cents. Doesn't sound that big but that's a generous rate for adult. If you're interested PM me.

 

AdToll.com have a growing adult vertical.

 

Black Label Ads is the best PPC site for adult content. I haven't tried AdToll yet, because of that I can't give you any info.
Stay away from AVN ads. This advertising network is a joke!!!!! They display three different ads all the time. Never change them. Earnings? hahahaha
For last three days my status with AVN ads is:
15 clicks - 17 cents
7 clicks - 5 cents
10 clicks - 12 cents
---------------------
32 clicks and only 34 cents earned!!!!! What a joke!

I am using their BlackLabelAds. This is AdBrite owned site for porn and you can watch your status on both sites (revenue is combined!).

 

I've also found enoads.com which I'm testing it right now.
