So, I was banned from Adsense few years back. Since then I've been trying to get back to Adsense every now and they, without any luck. Today I tried again and got accepted in few hours. I'm using same name and address... Should I start to use Adsense or are they going to ban be after I have earn 100 $?

Well there is a 99% chance that you will be banned when they scan your account before payout. The rules are clear and the ban is for life. The only ones who get by on a new account are those who did all new information. Chances are it is a waste of your time but it is your own call what to do.
no, not at all if the person gets accepted again, and they earn the money legitly this time.. and google sees they're earning money (aka earnng them money) then why would they ban them?
If I was you I would knock a quick site up and leave it a few months to age and make money. When/if you get your first payment take it from there. That means you haven't wasted too much time if you get banned but if you appear to be safe you have a site to concentrate on.
My advice would be to look for other advertisers and not to completely rely on google adsense . Also have a look at their TOS to see that your site is in complete accordance with it

What is not true? The Program policy is very clear! He may have slipped through the crack when applying but they do a better check before paying out any money. That is the reason you see everyone whining that their account was banned and they were due a payout.
