^what site do you mean? if only a small wordpress blog, I think $4.95 shared hosting is enough...

Their post count is not completely true as well. The scary part is that they delete old threads/posts. So imagine that even after all that, the current post count is that high.

The topmost forum has the number of members equals to maybe some country's total population.

 

The first one seems to be Gaya, but they have so many posts in such an short time, and almost no replies for the old topics,lol
