Looking For PHP Coder For WP Plug-In (Must Sign NDNC)

    I am looking for a PHP coder to complete a WordPress plug-in for me, that I plan to sell. Must be available via AIM/ICQ/MSN/GTalk, and must accept PayPal. Also, must sign non-disclosure, non-compete.

    Must be capable of adding a licensing system so purchasers can only use the plug-in on domains for which they have paid for a license.
