    I am wondering if such a list, together with a program that sorts the high PR (5+) for examples sites in it and which also has an algorithm for detecting comentable websites (blogs) with dofollow name links would be a brilliant way for link building and getting a high PR.

    The reason I'm saying that is because there are a high number of PR6+ sites out there with even individual post pages PR5+ with dofollow comments ^^.

    What are the expert opinions on this? Of course, it shouldn't be used for spamming but sensible appropriate comments, etc.
