For unique, non targeted visitors, your cost would run at $1 CPM.
For US unique popunder visitors, your cost would be $1.50 CPM. If you would prefer other countries, just say the word.
If you want to contextually/behaviorally/demographically etc. target, its an extra 50 cents per layer of targeting/CPM.
