After spending many hours on my laptop, I need to expend some physical energy.

As it is winter right now, some of my regular choices are eliminated. However, one of my favorite snow activities is to go snowshoeing.

I shared some of my thoughts on snowshoeing on my workout blog.

I put skiing even tho I snowboard.

But that can get expensive to go snowboarding at a resort all day so usually I go to the Y with friends.

I get in at least an hour of walking every day, either from walking to school (and back) or from the treadmill. I also do sit-ups/crunches. :)
