Data base installer needed!!!

i am not free at the moment and i need some one who can replace my older satabse with a new one.Wordpress.
I mean i have a data base and you have to replace the data base present in my wordpress by the data base which i give to you.
If you can do then post below.
I can pay for this.Faster reply gets the job.
