I am gonna Write a 6-10 page short report and made a simple Ebook cover
Lemme Know how well it does

Ummm i needed a plain one so i tried myself but i think my work is terrible am i right?

The font type is not professional, the layer style effects aren't either.

You did attempt the ideas okay (such as the reflection and perception angel of the ebook)

 

Not so bad, but better for you to hire a good designer to make it look more professional.

Actually, I sort of like the font for "Blackhat"-it fits.

What I don't like is the title. 1 blackhat trick? Is that all you've got? Make it a forum post, then.

What if you think really hard and come up with two more "tricks" that go along with your main "secret"? "Blackhat Tricks" is still kind of boring, but sounds more promising. "Black Hat Tricks to take over Google" or "Black Hat Tricks for Traffic" or whatever your method is good for would help inspire buyers.

I thought it was pretty nice until I compared with NaIdz. Maybe you need a pro?

 

let me give you some tips for the color..

For background color try to use different type of colors..less is better..maximum is 2 for background color..

The title for the report is BlackHat..maybe try with Impact font and add the black hat near the TEXT(Blackhat).Colors for the text I think maybe you want something like RED..use gradient to make it much better..

and lastly add some effect at the background maybe adding a picture of money of maybe google logo..just one image..then resize it..make it bigger..then just Overlay that image with the background..

The colors are too bright. Why not try a simple and more "classic" design.

I think you ebook cover too simple and lack of key information of what this ebook is about. The design and color could be further improve. I would tends to agree with reezluv.

good luck with ur cover, i suggest that u outsource the ebook design, the design looks like not professional enough.

 

I'd have to chime in with the others. You need a professional look to the ebook to make people believe it's top notch. Pay someone 50 bucks and you'll make it back in the sales.

If you ant to improve the look you can change the background color, that blue gradient ruins it all. You could also try other fonts, just like people have suggested.
