    Easy:

    1) Get a digital camera and take a picture of a mirror (you can pick these up in most local stores - you may even have one around the house).
    2) Upload the image and rotate it 16.5 degrees in your favourite image editor (I use fireworks or photoshop)
    3) Upload it
    4) Voila!

    took a screen shot.
    crop it to 80x80
    flip the image
    add a simple gradient for dp green to transparent for the fade.
    save and upload
