    I've seen some startling TV documentaries about retail workers contaminating food who have been caught on camera. Without going into too much detail there isn't really any bodily fluid that hasn't been involved.

    Maybe one of the shop-owner needed to take a poop and while doing his business, he found no tissue paper so he cleaned his butt using water and rubbing his butt with his hand.

    Then, he completely forgot about it and started preparing those cakes! EEEEK!
