Any Indian who makes his living online ?

I Need some kind of inspiration ! 99.99% of every indian u ask they suggest you to go for jobs , no body is really suportive about online marketing and stuff . i really need an indian to post some kind of his success story who makes his living only by doing online stuff !!

Well 100% depency on online earning isn't yet a good option in india. Cause you never know when you gonna have an internet outage and business will go down for hours and that might cause you a lot of losses. But it's a good option if you take it as part-time.by the way i am not from india but i know how you feel so had to post to give some suggestions. thanks.

 

I'm not Indian, but I do know quite a few Indians who are very successful! So successful in fact, that they can easily afford to support their families and have lots of money left over to live like a king.

I think it's a good option in India, due to the cost of living being so low.

Don't give up! Keep trying and you will succeed!

am a better marketer than a programmer and yes indian programmers make much less compared to online marketers

 

So an Indian programmer makes in USD terms..less than $10,000 a year, sitting in India? This is crazy....does it mean that 1 million indians will hit the internet soon and take over the marketing world? Should everyone else get out of marketing while the going is still good?

Yes, it's true. Internet marketer (if you are quite serious) always make much more than a programmer. A programmer is paid by his employee so your maximum income is limited. Meanwhile, an internet marketer is like an entrepreneur, everything is depend on him. Everyone can make a living online, especially in Asia because their living cost is much much cheaper.

 

I am earning money online. I am a part time blogger, trying to enter Internet Marketing field. Right now I am still studying, hence its difficult for me to concentrate on marketing. I am not at all willing to do a job because, programmers are really working hard to earn few dollars. But marketing makes you earn more than programmer.

Iam an indian and i have been doing online money making since 2004/2005.
I would say its lot riskier in online that I had a personal experience of being scammed lot of times,so thats why most of the indians opt for offline jobs.
I also agree to a point that internet failure is so frequent in india that will pose a threat to who ever does online marketing or any type of online money making.
But those who got guts and conviction can take up online as a full time job like me
Its not about where you are living in, but how you are living with it.

There are many many Indians, who earn atleast 4 figure income, which is basically about 10 times more than others would do offline or daily job. All it comes out of passion.

I was one of them who was harassed by people who dont know a dime about internet. I give a damn about them! If you make $$$ i guess people will hold you in high respect no matter what business you do, be it online or call center or anything

 

You got scammed? By what? I never spent anything on ebooks or crap things like that. If you want to spend money, spend it on templates, advertisement, etc.

 

When people get banned from adsense they say that adsense is a scam and we laugh at them but the truth is that adsense is not treating everybody equally especially Indians . If you get a sudden Boost in your income(Especially Indians) then get prepared for Nightmares .

 

You can have a decent living online. I was living off the internet (for about 9 months) some time back. I was doing freelance work then. If you have decent knowledge/ writing skill / artistic skills you can earn $800-$1000 per month easily. Back then USD 1 was Rs 42. But you have to work full time. Then I joined a offline job. why ? Because now i have a decent income offline and now i have the extra time to create my own websites, learn new skills.
