Someone once told me that we are been watched on our every move on the internet from surfing to downloading is this true?
Hardly. The most recent news I heard about being tracked on a massive level is AT&T doing shady things with traffic data. If you are concerned, get a VPN service.

Depends on your activities, of course if you use terms like bombs, religion etc you´ll probably activate some sort of auto-tracker. But for the most of your internet activities you´re secure. Even they were being monitored i imagine only a small amount (last 2days for example) would be stored...imagine just the terrabytes space to do it so to everyone on the net.

You know that changing your IP dosent mean that nobody knows you you are right? Every time you change your IP your ISP keeps that register for at least 6months (if live in Europe)
