Define simple... As a frequent facebook applications guy. I don't see you getting away with a 150.00. Then again, there are many sub countries... Good luck
Yeah no kidding. I've only written a couple facebook applications, and haven't played with anything on Facebook, but I can't imagine 150$ worthwhile for an application in all fairness
