I'm on the market for hosting but before I even visit your site, I need to know: Who is your upstream provider? Are you just a reseller or are you higher up in the foodchain? Can you guarantee that your IPs aren't RECYCLED--ie., used by spammers before and blocked? The prices look good, but please let me know re my concerns.
1) Well we do not directly buy bandwidth or anything of the sort. All our servers are currently provided by softlayer 2) We do not resell anyone elses hosting services. We rent server from a provider but that is about it. Many other large hosting providers rent and do not own their own datacenter or anything of the sort. 3) All our IP's are checked for blacklisting before we assign them to accounts. We also have very strict policies about this sort of thing.
We have different C-class ranges with free spots. However we can never guarantee each IP purchased would be in a different range. You would need to inquire before hand if that is possible. For shared accounts there is a maximum of 1 IP on the account. If there is a need for more our recommendation is a reseller account or purchasing another shared account.
