After Internet Explorer

If you are using IE (6 or 7 or w/e) as your primary browser, and you get tired of it, what browser will you go to? Here are your options:-

1. Firefox
2. Safari for Windows
3. Opera
4. Netscape
5. Seamonkey (I don't really know about this, but the name sounds cool)
6. Other

 

i think firefox, all their addons seem appealing

 

You are not using FireFox yet?!?!?!

Developing sites with FF is so much easier, IE makes a mess of everything we do. From the security controls to the lack of CSS support, IE is way behind FireFox.

FF is even faster, you try pressing the back button in IE, it takes for ever reloading the previous page. Some how FF manages to navigate back in an instant.

I seriously am considering doing my bit for the world and aggressively promoting FF in banners at the top.

 

I WOULD use firefox or netscape

 

opera>firefox>IE>anything else>safari

but I use firefox

Firefox for sure! I'm a former firefox user, but I prefer IE at the moment. But if something happens I will definitly fall back on Firefox.

 

I used Firefox and Opera. Sometimes torpark if i need it.

Firefox doesn't eat my memory so much.
Firefox has a lot of great plugins.
Firefox is free.
Firefox can be configured to make it more faster than ever.

do you even use firefox?
firefox uses 150mb of memory when one page is open, and if a page with lots of images is open (talking about the 600 range here, don't ask -_-) it goes upto 1.8gb of memory (keep in mind, these 600 images totaled 200mb)


I done the same things on IE 7, and it was 70mb / 800mb

big difference, imo
