How much are you expecting per site?

 

They are all different, some have more valuable domains, longer history, more content, higher PR, better search engine saturation, more popular niches, etc. - so offers should, and prices will, reflect this.

 

It is hard to offer if you do not place a guide on it.

Sellers always want to sell at highest price, buyers always want to buy at lowest price.

Also, as requested via PM, here is more info about indy car// us:

1. I have just upgraded this site to the latest version of WordPress and added some new features, like videos and tags. I integrated the original content of the original HTML site into WordPress when I converted it in April last year. The website also automatically aggregates and categorizes IndyCar and related content into some 37 categories. You can see the content sources under "Contributors" on the links page.
2. The site has never been actively promoted, but it still received 2,689 unique visitors (out of 28,818 page views/142,224 hits) from April - Dec last year. This year it received 146 uniques in January, and 158 UV in February. I expect traffic to pick up when the new season gets underway this year. Of course, these figures could be drastically improved with some promotion.
3. The site uses several revenue sources, but I don't have tracking set up, so cannot provide more info there.
4. It is well indexed with about 1,000 pages in Google and the same in Yahoo. And 1,000+ backlinks, and it is a PR1. The domain was registered in Sep 2006 and is at GoDaddy (all other top TLDs are taken). This is a nice domain, and especially appropriate since it is a .US.

With the 2008 motor racing season well underway, the F1, IndyCar, NASCAR and other auto racing sites are sure to get a noticeable increase in traffic. With some promotion, you can benefit quickly from these established sites.
