A child dies every three seconds from AIDS and extreme poverty, often before their fifth birthday.
More than one billion people do not have access to clean water.
Every year six million children die from malnutrition before their fifth birthday.
More than 50 percent of Africans suffer from water-related diseases such as cholera and infant diarrhea.
More than 800 million people go to bed hungry every day, 300 million are children.
Of these 300 million children, only eight percent are victims of famine or other emergency situations. More than 90 percent are suffering long-term malnourishment and micronutrient deficiency.

We're not leaving in heaven nor hell, this is the world, that's why it is such an imperfect place.

We are neither in heaven or hell, we are on Earth. Of course we must be mindful of the sufferings around us. Whoever can help either as a volunteer or with money is much encouraged to do so. International organizations such as the Red Cross and the Red Crescent had been doing their part, what we as normal citizens of the earth can do is to help such organizations. So, Gloria1, who have you been helping?

So do you agree that the children die so as to keep the world from being over populated?

Nop! I don't think I agree with you on this. It is very true that the end of every living creature is death. Living past 70 and dying is normal for humans but what about dying at 5 years just from hunger, Malaria, cholera or infant diarrhoa that is no fault of yours?:)

night is there and needed.. otherwise how will you understand the value of day.. or even what day is..

these things are there so we can understand how lucky or good we are..

    say thanks to Almighty God

If all are rich and powerful then who will need to work :), its the law of nature that powerful rules weaker. As a human being we can pray for them and we must do whatever we are capable to do for them.

this is somewhat alarming, yes we can do something about but why do you think things like this still happen because it is all in the law of nature...

We might as well say we are both in Heaven and Hell. XD

Earth consists of Heaven and Hell? XD

Death is inevitably the ultimate salvation from life.
