What kidding can't you promote adsense from adwords.. how you can say that ? search adsense help.. already i got clearance from adsense.. send mail to adsense support and verify.. ok.. if don't know please ask others.. do not reply like that..
its called arbitrage... not that you cant make money from it, i know plenty of arbitragers, but you can piss Google off very easily doing this.
