server sea looks good but only 100mb for 20$. Is there any other good hosting company which could give even cheaper or better rates.

Make sure you don't only go on price but quality. You don't want to start a site and start getting traffic only to get cut off and have your site lag, etc. Reliability is EXTREMELY important with being a webmaster. I had a domain getting great traffic but the damned host kept dropping the site. Needed to move to make sure visitor loyalty would be up. TRUST ME!
By the way I have found one i.e. www.3ix.org They are providing 5 GB for 12 USD/year. 10GB bandwidth per month and you can host 1 website. It looks good but I dont know whether it is reliable or not. What do you think about them? The rates are quite good but still I dont know about their reputation and server uptime etc. I am totally new into webhosting so those who are experienced can guide me. Actually, I have long term plans to make an informative website for Germany for tourists. I have www.exploredeutschland.com. But as you know it is a big project and time taking, so I will start with my city i.e. Hamburg (2nd largest city in Germany). I have www.hamburgtrip.com. So I want to take a start with my city. If I find it easy and profitable then I will start piling up information about other cities and will work on exploredeutschland.com Now my plan is to put more pictures and video clips about hamburg as compared to written information because most of the webs on hamburg do not have a huge collection of pictures and specially no video clips. What do you think, 5GB is a good start? I think it is more than enough to put some info and reasonable amount of pics and video clips. If I succeed in attracting some online users then I will upgrade the package. So what you think about the 3ix.og and about my plan? Further more how can I find how many users look for hamburg on search engines everyday/monthly? and where I can find out the webhosting forum about which everyone is saying.
