Warez is the absolute worst thing to come to the internet, pure and simple. It hurts small business's and promotes stealing of other people's hard work. There is no excuse for it. For those defending warez, everyone take note.. If you buy a site from one of these people in the B/S/T you know what your going to get. A bunch of warez applications put together that have no legal licenses, etc. In other words ONE BIG HEADACHE.

    Just take note, that's all.

    I use warez.

Companies like adobe and Microsoft know that their crap is gonna end up in some warez forum some where afew days after their release, but they do nothing to stop it.

Their programs deserve to get stolen:

    Their programs are way overpriced.
Your average joe who wants to become a website designer cant afford to drop $700 on dream weaver and photoshop.

Microsoft pretty much owns the whole OS market. Hell they are #1 out of 2, they sell the operating system used by billions and charge hundreds to update it?
they take bloatware like microsoft office and sell it for hundreds?
    its ridiculous.

Those companies are just a bunch of dirty scum bags.

If some one wanted to charge you $80.00 for a calender that missing half the months would you buy it?
Would you pay hundreds to buy vista which was half assed?(it has countless problems)

Any way, these huge companies sell millions of copies, warez barley puts a dent into their sales.
(music is a whole nother story)

    I love warez..

But if a movies good after i watch first 5-10 mins i go buy it.. I stream music on radio stations now since i disliked downloading them.. But honestly I have over 300 movies, 10 TV series seasons.. go to the theatre around 100 times a year.. If i want something but dont have the money i use rapidshare to get it..

Fact: Im not going to pay for everything.. if everyone did everyone would be poor except the big companies.

You are basically saying that you aren't going to pay for "wants". A necessity that you don't absolutely NEED to survive.

Would you not classify this as stealing?

It's one of the best things actually for people who don't want to overpay or simply don't have the money.

If you don't have the money than you don't have the right to steal the product in the first place. Work towards saving money to purchase the product.
People work their whole lives trying to buy things that they "want". Why are you any different?

We're animals and we should take what we can get ^_^

That's how it's supposed to be, but we've evolved and humans now have "hearts". Some do.

and others(like me) will download something for free in a heartbeat. Who doesn't like free?

I promise that the person or company isn't going to die. Stealing is "wrong" because humans say it's wrong. Also the bible. But who knows how many times that's been rewritten.

Haha Did I go way off or what!!!

To me, I would avoid anything to do with Warez. Warez = Illegal, pirates, viruses, spyware, malware.

I guess it really comes down to where your moral boundaries lie... Nobody is going to tell you "not" to do something. Your an adult and you need to decide what your positions on such things are.

If you believe stealing is ok.... than all the power to ya. I am not a very religious person and I still believe that stealing is wrong. It has nothing to do with the commandment: Thall shall not steal, it just basically comes down to the fact that I wouldn't want someone doing it to me. Its called Karma.

    I don't believe in karma

Of course you think it's wrong. That's what we were taught. We were taught what's wrong and what's right...but does that actually mean certain things are right and wrong? hmm think about that.
