How To Find What Keywords My Competition Is Using

Discussion in 'Keyword Tracker' started by scottysbody, Feb 11, 2008.

Is there a tool out there to find out what keywords people are using to find my competition's site? Or what keywords my competition is ranking high for?

    Thanks,

    Scotty

This tool is live and working in a little known piece of software that has been increasing in popularity called keyword scope.

    Check it out http://www.keywordscope.com

I just checked out that site. I see it is only PR 1, which I find quite surprising for a company that claims to offer such a great SEO tool kit.

Axandra ibp gives detailed info on your competitions keywords and other useful info such as the incoming links they are using to achive high page ranks and search rankings. It is fairly expensive but can prove to be a good investment.

I would also look into keycompetedotcom. It's geared towards ppc but it can be very useful.

    spyfoo[doy]com is where i's at.

Here's a preview of their service for the site Busted Tees: spyfoo[dot]com/Domain.aspx?d=3114380466938535033. I think it's a great service, but you'll have to pay for the better features.

In the end, the best way is to check out your competitor's sites and to manually browse through their code and content for keywords. A lot of the time, it's very obvious. Check their content pages, their articles, their landing pages (if you can find them), etc. etc.

Yes of course it is illegal! Some one worked hard to program those tools and you are stealing their labor by downloading without paying. Just pay for it.

Better to find who is you competitor and as per that just collect keywords from his source page.
You will get better idea about it.
Just monitor title of each page of your competitor's website, The keywords which is placed in Title is mostly targeted.
