What Affiliates Can Give Me Very Good Conversion Rate?

OK, i have a health site which is ranked 1 in competitive long tail keywords. I got many visitors came to my site due to my SEO works. However, I see that my conversion rate is pretty low. My CTR is only around 20% from total traffic and my conversion rate is around 1:55 - 1:60. I thought I was doing wrong but I realize that all of this product's affiliates have very similar conversion rate with me. Even after I asked the affiliate manager, he said that I am doing great.

Wow, is that sux? With CTR as low as that and conversion rate extremely poor, I think I could get much more money if I was in different niche. I have putted my own review about this product (if I don't, probably my conversion rate will be less than 1:200!). So can anyone tell me which product does convert really well?

If your site has good SEO based traffic for competetive keywords, you might want to check out google adsense.
They might be better for you then affiliate offers.

    Try it out

Ahh, yea, that's for sure. It's one of those things we all have to discover for ourselves. What works on your site may not on mine and viceversa.

A 20% CTR is pretty good. You should be able to find some vitamin or diet related products that do well. Of course it also depends on the placement of your ads. There are many, many factors in getting a program to convert. Tweaking and testing is the name of the game.

Try some CPA networks like AzoogleAds or NeverBlueAds for health related offers.

You are Exactly right! Every site is different, all you can really do is test them out on your site yourself.

How did you know? Well, at least I want some stats like in ClickBank, webgains, etc.

I didn't put any ads, I made my own review about that product so people clicked my affiliate link after they read my review page (which can be considered as my sales page). In other words, I recommend that product to people who came to my site. About azoogleads and neverblueads, I will try them.

So you are saying it's better if we put a banner on our site rather than we review the product? And where we could find vitamin or diet related products that do well?

No, not necessarily. I would do both. Write a page about your specific product and then put a few banners strategically placed on your site.

As far as finding products, again, the CPA networks like NeverBlue has a rating system and if you check out Vitaminshoppe.com through CJ they sell just about kind of supplement you can think of. Try a few from there.
