I have quite a big belly now due to sitting around the office and infront of the computer daily. I could use a loss of 30 pounds.
you know, it's like your weight should be like 10 cm minus your height, so if I'm 170 my weight should be 60 kgs, mine is 64 and I'm 175 cm
I blame the office work used to be super thin till i got into working on a comfy chair! gone all down hill now for my gut
I could loose 6kg... Actually i could be the exact same weight, but i would have to lose 6kg in fat and gain 6kg in muscle. I would be perfect.
I've gained quite a few pounds over the last year or two...over my BMI, I hate it but I'm getting lazy in my old age.
