I think your new layout looks great. Your way of navigation on this site makes finding things very easy. I think you did a good job on this design and the coding.
I was actually thinking about hiring these guys http://www.outline2design.com the site is getting extremely popular and I think I need a team of professionals working together to achieve the best result. what do you think guys? do you know any other similar companies this level? thanks
You can check out e.g. http://www.ndesign-studio.com/ or you can also find someone on http://www.cssremix.com/ - there are many good ones. I would just don't want too many graphics on the site, so that it loads quickly but as well looks nice.
http://dragoninteractive.com seems pretty good too. Anyways, I emailed both Nick form NDesign and DragonInteractive but none of them replied so far

The old vision is much better than the new one,the new stuff does not work well with me.Maybe you should do some adjust.
