You'll need to do some keyword research to make that determination go to Google's keyword tool and enter your website URL then expand from there

Do the research as others have suggested. You'll most likely want to rank for several keywords - and not just 1. Figure out which ones are most popular (and the ones that are least competitive), and work consistently and patiently til you get to where you want. Good luck.
try using some of the keyword tools out there and try to rank for hundreds of long tail keywords instead of one broad keyword. I would rather get 1,000 visitors from 1,000 different keywords as opposed to 1,000 visitors from one keyword.
just remember, the best choice is the one with huge searches yet lesser competitor,. and if you are after for a quick ranks then go for long tail keywords
