What kind of visitors are they? Is this targeted traffic? Do you know what their interests are? If you know, just put up a squeeze page and offer a free report on the topic that interests them, so you can capture their name and email address. Once you have their details, you can start creating a relationship with them, by providing quality content and suggest products that they can buy. And they will start buying... Well, if it's targeted traffic and I run an affiliate site I'd want that traffic there buying my stuff All depends what you do but you'd probably want to get the traffic to a site where they'll come back to buy something over and over.
Affiliate ads or adsense, but if you were some how going from 200 per day to 100k suddenly then forget the adsense.
