And anyway, if you say your Paypal is limited and you can't refund me, then you can't take new orders either, so why are you bumping this?
I got suspended within an hour of using my script on your site, and now you say it's because I've send out 1000s of bulk emails about Myspace?

hey Its Called SPAMMING!!! i cant take the risk of u ruining my server i have already told u to send me ur domain name ur user name and ur pass so we can set up ur account again but u said u have already choose anther hosting company thats not my fault if you ruin my server and our staff suspends your account any hosting company would do that

You're covering up for something, and tbh, I suspect that you're just a reseller. I doubt you have any staff, there is no ordering system, just some buttons, no support system, and maybe, just maybe, I might get a reply from you the same day if i have a critical problem. So tell me your staff think im spamming, because I'm sure they consist entirely of YOU.
And yes, gimme an infraction if you like, but this guy is clearly lying through his teeth.

Because I ran a hosting company before. And I know what is needed. And you made me order with Direct Paypal buttons. And PM'd be a cPanel creation page.
So yeah, I can safely assume it.
And I've reverse DNS'd your IP, and it sure as hell doesn't go to hostzcube or whatever it is.

Well, OP is telling the truth now about paypal being limited though...
his site will not let anyone send payment anymore.

I think you have to wait for OP to resolve the problem with paypal
but mean while opening dispute will or will not help due to OP's paypal problem.

Wait for all things to settle and re-workout.
Plus if you did not agree to any TOS at signup, and since its only been few hours since setup, you have rights for refund. And as to OP, I think refund should be made.

PS: There's nothing wrong with direct link to paypal. That doesn't mean one's reseller

 

yes i am just waiting for my paypal to get fixed i will pay his damn $1 i dont think anyone will make such a big deal out of $1 like come on and i know whats the big deal of using direct paypal soon we will fix that problem too

$1 means alot to other countries.

A real server owner would use a control system to track their clients.
I didn't say there was any problem with this, but the server resolves to another comapny, and not a datacenter either, that's why I am now wary. I'm not bothered about one measly dollar, to be honest.
