You should blend your ads properly. i don't think your site has high paying keywords, but who cares , we do these site for our passion and just not for the sake of adsence, you have a very useful topic mite,, keep it up...
The trick is to put the ads above the fold. e.g. in the middle of the screen. Make it the first thing your visitor see when they visit your site. I don't think the ads at the bottom will generate much clicks. Just my 0.02.
