    Yes i can do phpbb3 templates as long as you link back to my portfolio as that is a big job...
    Also the onArcade will need a link back to if i do that , as thats a big job to.

    If you ask for a psd please state what topic...

    I actually already have a logo but I need a banner. I can send you the logo for incorporation or you can just use the color scheme and completely do your own thing.
