Hello! some 1 scam me 18.5$. I send paypal email but it's isn't help. some 1 can help me block his account? if it's work I can pay you the 1$ I have in my account after his scam.. Thanks...

we exchange money, he have some good reviews so I pay first.. and lost my money

 

that's why money exchange is not allowed on DP because it always pertains to spam...

Exchanges are not allowed for that reason, so why break the rules to get scammed?

You can file a dispute with PayPal. Log into your account and look around for it, I don't remember exactly where it is on there, but it's worked for me in the past.

while dealing thru messenger care shud be taken ...
u shud confirm whether he is member or not

ask the person to send u PM
