IF you have send money via paypal...U can complain to paypal & your money will b refunded within 7 dayz
If someone scammed me, I would definitely think of putting up a site with all the details. I would also look into posting it at ripoffreport.com . Many people post similar incidents there, its not just for complaining about sour business transactions.
oh yes you have a very good idea..... i think he need to be exposed so that evrey body can know what kind of person he is..... yes make a website and post all his details and what he did to you..... and also find ripper forums through google and post his details there as well.... if you cant do anything, then at least expose him....
Sorry to hear, I feel first you should contact with those persons who had sent money to your friend's account. So that the could do complain on behalf of you since you don't have paypal. I have also lost money and my script last year
