How do I get traffic for a unnormal site?

I know there are 92483 threads posted about "how do I get traffic" every day, but one of my sites is different. Its more of a site for a popular teen star, that alot of young girls love. Although, I have no idea how to advitise it. Does anyone have some suggestions on how to get more traffic for a site like this? I have a few hundred members (only about 10% of them active) but my sites a year old, and its time for me to be getting more traffic.

myspace bulletins (all are teens no doubt, you even get those VERY young ones who got addicted to any teen star and will keep coming to your site erveryday for fun)

myspace groups 9active groups) teens there as well, be sure you blend in first for a while.

    online teens group, teens chat

and lastly, teens and entertainment forums

Edit: what do you mean unnormal?

You can try to advertise it on a samelike site. Also buy traffic from specific regions, etc.

search around BST forum or services in that case
becuase if you use friend adders, you will never get dedicated friends (yes not 100% chance that the service you buy from also have dedicated firends, but may have a few out of thousands looking at your site)

Why is it an unnormal site? A fansite for a popular teen star should be very popular and easy to promote i would have thought.
So many teen sites/forums and entertainment sites you can be using to promote your site and to exchange links with.

how about a partnership with another site in that niche? a popular star will certainly have a lot of fan-sites, so it shouldn't be that hard to find one that is willing to. you can also try to take parts in some of the larger community sites about that person, put your link in your signature with a good text or banner, post a lot and there will definitely people clicking on it. or try blogs...

Your topic does not seem to be more abnormal than many other ones. A little effort is all you need to get more traffic.
