birdsq and XFactorLogo, very nice ones! mlitty, although the execution looks somehow poor, I like the concept of the logo. Very mutch! Maybe you could give it another shot? Tranzemaniac, nice one too. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but the word "andemus" is strongly related to "walking", which makes the footprint concept likable for us. Could you try it with a boot footprint and with another color scheme? thanks avalancheCreations, we like it more that way. Strong entry. Too all of you guys, great job so far!
Another bunch of great submissions! We will have a serious problem to choose one among all the entries. Expect more detailed feedback about some logos soon.
Hi, here is my design: I inspired myself with Alentejo landscape - I used this colors similar to hits place. Yellow lines represents the fields (agroculture), typical for this coutry and a olive tree on the top of small hill, which is more pyramid than hill (this points up that this landscape is so unique). I hope you'll like it. Any feedback is appreciated. Font "forte" and just solid colors used (it's practical for use). Regards
Some more feedback: XFactorLogo: Could you try it with a different font? Something more close do handwriting. RNHalawi: Could you give a shot with another one following the concept of your fist try? i.e, the word "andemus", handwriting font, and some sort of waves/arrows/paths/sense of movement between the letters. anidesign: The futuristic font doesn't fit in our purpose. The lake/water either. Alentejo is a countryside/dry region. mora: nice one. Tranzemaniac: those are nice, but we think the approach is somehow too "childish" Tips for new entries: - Explore the concept introduced by mlitty; - We are 4 associates, maybe explore that fact?
Here is a more refined version. It's a jpg of the svg that is the graphic. The original is Scalar Vector, resizable to any size without quality loss. I'm happy to make any changes, additions, etc. Knowing that these logos are often needed to work in many formats, embroidery, screen printing, garment printing, paper, web, etc. I like to keep them simple and clean with an emphasis on easy readability and recognition. If you desire something with a lot of detail and color, I can do that as well. Your original description doesn't give a clear picture of the "personality" of the company, nor it's target audience. A clearer picture of who you are and who you'd like to reach may produce more refined logos from the lot of us.
My wife liked the travel line in the first version. I wanted to try something different that would convey the same idea.
thanks for the feedback.here is my revision on my first entry, I included the handwriting font with the waves or movements... =)
mora: At first we liked your logo, looks simple and nice. However, the more we look at it, the more we associate it with agriculture, which is not what we want. avalancheCreations: Your submissions are amongst our favs. Strong entries with chance of getting the prize. Nevertheless, you could try another one if you want. Although we already have a strong fav. pool of all submissions, no one has submitted yet a work that hit us strong enough that make us shout "that's the one!!" XFactorLogo: now you have a very solid entry. mlitty: The sun version of your entry is becoming _very_very_ interesting. With some changes on the approach of the lettering portion (we think it looks to amateur), your entry will become a serious candidate for the prize. akshayhack0123: Although simple and nice (we like simplistic approach), we don't like the tag line and the font you choose for your submissions. But we like the approach. The first could become great if you try it with different colors. RNHalawi.com: The lettering is great, but we want more of that "sense of movement". Change the colors - we don't want the colors of portugal in the logo" - and add some "real flow" between the letters: arrows, paths, waves, whatever anidesign: very very nice ones. birdsq's: Your entry (#20 post) is among our favorites. One associate of ours asks if you could try to change the feather with a map or a compass About our target public, we can remember you guys that our company has two "arms": One is countryside tourism for people who don't know what an olive looks like, how the bread and the wine are manufactured, etc. We also will do guide travels to old churches, beautiful landscapes, etc. The other "arm" is social development. Organizing events, adventure games like treasure hunt, create specialized formations for older people, etc. That's it guys. Although we already have some great logos suitable for winning, we will probably wait until day fifteen to announce the winner (or until we reach a threshold of two/three days without a submission). You guys have been submitting great logos from day one and we don't wanna make the mistake to miss the best one just because we rushed our decision.
