    Yahoo will continue to expand their online business in future ..I bet yahoo will become more wealthier than M$ in near future.. that make a reason whey they wont take M$ offer..

    Yahoo has Yahoo Search Marketing...that thing can make them tons of money
    that's probably the only motive MS wants to buy Yahoo, to be able to compete against Adwords

    I bet Yahoo won't accept this bid nor other ones
