The only one who seemed to be in a position to help is Paypal, try writing to them explaining the situation. I don't think anyone here is in a position to help. Maybe some other members can give better suggestions?

looking at creampie's profile and iTrader should of told you not to deal with this person. they already have 2 negative iTraders and their rep is not to good. you did business with an obviously untrustworthy person.

paypal won't help you, maybe godaddy will, but i doubt it. but it doesn't hurt to try and contact godaddy and explain to them what has happened.

make sure you send links to the deal url and even a link to this thread.

you must be vigilante in your dealings with people here at DP. there are quite a few people here who have no scruples and will steal from you without a thought.

The reviews seemed to be self explanatory, how can you have fallen for such? If you are ready to deal with a -2 Itrader and one with 44 posts, at least have the necessary precautions of going through an escrow etc.

As you've posted in the Suggestions and Feedback forum I guess you're after some moderator intervention?
Sadly that isn't going to happen. The mods do not like to get into private disputes between members. There are that many scammers here now it would be dangerous to set a precedent by helping you.

don't bother and certainly don't waste their time, it will do you no good at all.

leave negative iTrader for that person, a little more negative rep and thats pretty much all you can do.

the mods here at DP will not get involved.

As stated above, we don't get involved in members' business. Just leave negative iTrader if he scammed you.
