Anyone making decent money from CJ?

I'm just wondering if anyone here is really making thousands of dollars per month using CJ or if it's mostly just chump change?

 

Yes. I've hit 5 figures of earnings for the last two months, and I started search marketing w/CJ in October 2006. Took a while to build up, and it takes time & effort to maintain a high level of earnings.

 

I know of many people who are earning a lot from them,I myself don't though.

 

Are you using any specific software to generate feeds or anything? Are you running multiple storefronts?

 

Yes, BUT I must qualify I have been doing this for a long time. And it did not happen overnight.

 

Yes after I am using YSM PPC. My CJ ebay store barely make $50 a month with organic traffic so I try Yahoo SM and it works pretty well so far. Wasted like $25 to yahoo to learn how to optimize ad and keyword for better conversion -_-
Every 10$ I spend on yahoo, I get $30-50 back but take like 2-3 days to convert that much. I am looking on more keyword for faster conversion

 

Can it be done? Yes...
Is it easy? No...
Is it worth it??? Hell Yea!!!

Only with high traffic volume you can achieve good monthly income. You can get traffic by PPC or organic search. Only dream for higher payout when you manage to get at least 1000 unique daily. if not then don't worry about the money but more about how to generate targeted traffic.

It is good for specific things. I like how you can get product links and stuff.

 

I agree 100% of what you say.
It really doen't matter what you use, it's the traffic that count.

 

its all about the traffic, if you get your niche site up and get enough traffic to guage, then you should be able to work out how many people you need to maintain in order to achieve your goals/margins.

 

Traffic is the key... Developing a sustainable business takes time hard work and patience.

Yes, I make 5 figures a month, but it's from a variety of CJ merchants. No single merchant produces more than a few hundred dollars a month. Unless you have a highly focused site with lots of traffic, it will be very difficult to make 5 figures from a single CJ merchant.

 

To all those who are making more than 50-100 bucks a month. What percentage of your traffic comes from PPC only. 50% or 90%. please reply with %

 

I'm almost 100% PPC, but will be building out natural SEO sites (I built one as a test, forgot about it, and started getting sales).

 

I just started a blog, and have made a few sales with cj.com, but I do not have the traffic yet to bring in the big money, but I will in a couple of months

 

Stackman, 5 figures a month....what are your sites to get an idea?
