it has potential.. you could earn a lot probably from affiliates if you know how to optimize it properly for "Buy nokia n96". it's a big plus if you're having the keywords in site's name.

I think it has potential, you could possibly get higher serps just by having the Nokia N96 in the domain, Good luck

Get your site up, get backlinks & make money fast (affiliate links & PPC) before they come out with the N97.
The N95 came out less than a year ago (March 2007).

But many of the domains related to some trademarks aren't owned by the company, why they will screw me?

It's all a matter of time, my friend. Sooner or later, those that register domains with a trademark name in them get a fancy little letter tell them to drop it, or go to court.

The company can also accuse you of "cyber squatting".

    Happens every day.

I worked with Nokia before on some of their local websites and they are very particular about their domain name being used without their permission. Although Nokia engaged us to create some websites for some of their promotional events, we were not granted the permission to use their name for those websites.

So you really need to be careful of anything resembles their trademarks as they can easily come after you.

I agree with eddy2099, why put efforts into a name, knowing that it can be taken away from you. Delete the names and get a refund if you can.
