The site looks very nice. Nice placing of images, clean design. One question.... you write those articles yourself or you take them from somewhere else and rewrite?

Overall, good. Personally, I'd lose the reflection in the header. The other graphics would look better without it, and might 'declutter' the header a bit. The nav links seem scrunched up against the header too much. How about change 'blog' to 'blog home?' Having a 'blog' link implies that there's a blog somewhere else other than where you gave us the link. I'd put your older posts link at the bottom of the page, where virtually every other older/previous posts link is on other blogs. Gives you more space up top. Why is the RSS button under services? The holiday button is cool, but it's time to change it. Nice use of images in posts. Might sound critical, but overall, I liked it and looks good.
Thanx guys for Ur sweet comments I would surely try to change some of the features and would definitely change the header.I would lie to make it a bit smaller and compact so it would look better
One thing you really want to do is get all outside links to open in new windows. Currently - the moment a user reads something interesting and clicks a link to view source or read more - he's gone from your site for good. You might also want to add an addthis button ( addthis.com ), so people can keep you site in their favorites. Good luck.
