    Hi all,

I have a blog with quite good amount of traffic (about 2600 uniques a day).

Now I signed up with amazon a while back and made a couple of book reviews on my blog.
    Now somebody bought something,

That means I got 7.06$ for selling 176.52$, is this normal?

Look at the affiliate rates in your account, will answer your question. How much were you expecting $76.52 :D

yes that would be great

no but I was just looking for some people telling me, either "no thats not much" (and then maybe some good advice), or saying "yes thats about the right conversion".

But you can know this yourself, that's what I am saying, look at what the % is based at. Then the total of order ok, $176.24 - the %, say it was 4%, $176.24 - 4% = $169.19 = $7.05 commission roughly. Not bad, you only need 10 of those sales a day to make $2215 a month, from just 1 product, go for it :D

You dont get much from amazon. Unless you wanna promote 50 inch HD tv's. Try reviewing some clickbank products (electronic books) you can make $30 plus per sale

eventhough I have tried clickbank before, but that was landingpages, that a long tima ago, and it didn't work for me. maybe it will on my blog.

You can also try pushing smaller value items for getting your sales count up for the month so you can get up to the 7% or higher range on your commissions.

    Good Luck!
