I am waiting for mine too, I emailed them, they told me I should receive it by next week friday. Sigh, we are in 2008 and people are still sending checks? I hope they implement direct wire transfer so such issues are left in the past.
I got my payment yesterday (Feb 7th) but I live one state over and seem to get mine earlier than most.
In my account it just says 'Amount Paid' and then lists the amount paid and on what date. I hope I will receive it by next friday, if not, probably just dropping this company completely, I have a lot of money in there but It's pointless to keep waiting 3-4 months for a check that was due 9-10 months ago.

I received my check and I am very happy with the results. I just hope they could work on their Publisher interface a bit more, that shit is confusing. I have no idea how much money the next check will be... Either way, they did send payment.
I believe I faxed it on a monday, and I waited until Wednesday for them to give some sort of reply. So not that long. If you have faxed it, fax it again and the next day email them and ask if they have received a fax from "your name here etc"
