It hasn't really - the index has a PR5, the other pages that load are part of a frameset (as already mentioned) hence are also unlikely to get crawled or index properly.

All of the category pages are part of the domain thedomaingame.net - if you right click, open in new window - you'll see all category pages have PR N/A and none of this entire domain is indexed.
