In the past many companies that offered number 1 position, spammed search engines with automated tools to get a site to number 1, all the search engine did was exclude them from results.

There is no guaranteed way to get to number 1. If 100000 people decided they wanted number 1 placement for the word forum they could not all get it, in fact none of them could get it, unless you had a number 1 forum according to the content etc that search engines look at.

If you are getting number 1 status by trying to fake details to the search engines, they will always notice and will stop it, by removing results from search engines.

 

Well nothing is perfect in this world. Algorithms of search engines are made by humans and humans don know everything. If you will read book " Myths of SEO" , you will understand better. If 10000 peoples want 1st position they will have to bid for their keyword and highest bid will be at top for another 120 days.

 

This looks safe to me as they are using bid for keywords, who knows maybe a search engine rep site.. You can't get number1 unless Google puts you there, but you can buy keywords to keep you there... GOOGLE..
