Hi.. I have a new web design customer....who says he wants to put adsense into the site we are making him...but then he tells me that hes already been banned from adsense lol.

Is there a way to get him a new account?

    Thanks.

Shouldn't be your responsibility to get your client an account with AdSense. Have him deal with it.

Yeap absolutely true, Adsense etc involve legal contracts between Google and your client, your job is web design, there is totally no reason to help him even as a favor.

    It's possible but somehow annoying.
    You will need a new:
    - domain
    - address
    - name (ask some friend)

    Good luck!

Yes, you can. Is it cheap.... No.

In the US, you can create a L.L.C (limited liability corperation) for around $600.00 and obtain and EIN (employee identification number), this would fix your name and tax issue that would get you caught creating it under your name again. Then you need a P.O. Box with a legal street address, like from the UPS Store or something, thats around $25.00 a month, this gives you a new address not related to your own. You would also need a new buisness bank account to cash your adsense check or get direct deposit.

So maybe now if your client goes through this they'll learn to follow the rules.

He technically could if he used a different name as well as all the other information. But he could not use it on the same websites when he was banned.

Yes, most likely not. Unless you could "fake" a website sale on Sitepoint or something, it's possible, but again cost more money :)

    The answer is no.
You can't get a new account if you have been previously banned before, unless you change your first and last name some how.

    neah, he can do it:

    - ask your ISP to give you a new IP adress [make up a lie or something - they'll change it easily for you]
    - make it on your mother/father/sister/brother/friend or blablablah

and voila, you've got a new adsense account

I'm guessing the only way would be a new account with new details and new website.

If your website have been baned then you can fix the site .. or select other website
BUT if you are banned for "using wrong methods" then NOP!!

    The answer yes.
You can make a new one with only one new email account.
My first account with adsense was blocked for my some bad habits with 50$+.
Then I make a new gmail account, a new blog on blogger & submit my application.
They accepted my application. Few days ago, I make 100+ with this account & waiting for next 25th days of month for payment.

the sad part of adsense is once you get banned, you cannot open a new account on a different name but same address.... i tried that before and adsesne disabled my wife's account also....:( so right now i am using my friends account... so if you have a friend then you can register on there name that have different address...
