I also found a better version for IPB but you have to pay. That free version I posted up above is good enough xD

How is it easily scamed? That makes no sense.

 

Personally i have not used it but if you go in "Forum Management" section. it is lot of discussion on phpbb scaming

 

I would need to see some threads, phpBB is one of the best free open source fourms out there imho.

 

Well i am not a big fan of forums, and have to admit I have had a forum once long time ago...sadly under phpBB platform, got hacked, shutted down and never started it up again.

And if phpBB is the best of the free forums, then I don't want to even dare and touch the rest.

 

Ah, so he ment security, not scam that makes more sense.

 

SEO for a forum is the most difficult project you could possibly under take.

Most forums have thousands of outgoing links.

They have content stuffed keywords etc etc. Very random topics.

Its possible but very hard.
