Having Problems setting up a BANS store

At first, I couldn't get it to work at all, now I can't seem to be able to get any ebay products on the site. What am I doing wrong? I'm putting in the Ebay category numbers, still nothing.

why dont you email the BANS support instead. they are usually quite responsive and helpful too.

I've been talking back and forth with customer support, they might have forgotten about me. I haven't heard from them for a couple of days. Just trying to see if anyone else ran across the same problem. Hoping someone might have an answer for me.

That should at least get you to the point of adding your category...

 

I've got that far, but I haven't figured how to add the ebay products. Thanks for the info though.

Yes, no matter what category# I put in, there's nothing....

 

It's hard to say. With whom do you host? Sounds like a possibility that your database is somehow corrupted. Have you put in a ticket with BANS? They could troubleshoot it for you and tell you what's wrong, in all probability.

 

Never mind. I started over from scratch and got it to work. I created a new directory did a fresh install. I don't know what the problem was. I never could get the other one to work.

I had a similar problem when i got bans. Only way i could fix it was to start over with a new database and everything
